Bright and refreshing, the 2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir is the perfect complement to fish and poultry or as an apertif before dinner.

The 2015 Atlas Peak Sauvignon Blanc is bright, vibrant and fresh, with intense aromas of nectarine, cantaloupe, white peach and grapefruit skin. In the mouth it has wonderful zesty energy paired with voluptuous texture, showing lychee and melon notes combined with the classic citrus flavors so characteristic of the grape. The barrel fermentation adds subtle tones of vanilla and white flowers.
The 2015 Carly’s Cuvee Chardonnay presents fresh and bright aromatics of tropical fruit, melon and hints of fig. The entry is honeyed with ripe citrus, light peach and well-integrated nuttiness and a touch of mineral. A rich, full mid-palate with balanced acidity draws out into a long finish.
The 2015 Reserve Chardonnay presents fresh aromatics of apples, pears and hints of caramel. This wine is beautifully balanced by lightly toasted oak. Lovely aromas of pie cherry, almond and anise are balanced by a hint of clove, plum and Bing cherry fruit on the palate. Tannins and color were abundant in 2016, giving us wines of deep color, firm, yet fine-grained tannins and a rich, juicy mid-palate.
The wine has a deep, generous jammy blackberry nose with a hint of ripe strawberry and sweet mocha. Lively and balanced on the palate, young and curvy, with little pockets of tannin going off down the long finish. Acidity works to lift the blackberry and boysenberry fruit over the toasty mocha oak centered in the middle of the wine.
The aromas consist of beautiful boysenberry and fresh bright cherry, combined with white pepper and nutmeg spices. Crunchy cherry and cranberry fruit flavors lead to a broad warm briary raspberry center. Nice acidity and a darker chocolate character come out on the finish.
The 2015 vintage has a big ripe chewy palate with concentrated black cherry and black currant. There are flavors of vanilla and caramel mixed in the mid palate with black licorice. The aromas have characteristics of vanilla butterscotch with black cherry and black licorice, and just a hint of jasmine.
